Nestled between the legendary regions of Sidama, Yirgacheffe Gedeo, and Guji, And Coffee began in the vibrant heartland of Hawassa, Ethiopia—not merely as a business, but as a legacy.

Founded by Samson Z and his wife Eden Getachew., our journey started where coffee breathes: on sun-drenched hillsides, in bustling local markets, and within generations-old coffee ceremonies. Growing up among farmers, Samson developed a passion that runs deep—not just for flavor, but for the tradition, integrity, and quiet dignity of those who tend the land.

Traceability

We’re committed to offering coffees sourced from individual farms and farmers, with in-depth traceability that includes the State, Zone, Woreda, Kebele, neighborhood, and even the specific farm of origin.

Price Transparency

We charge just a 12% commission on the export price, so the vast majority of the value is returned direct to individual farmers. We take care of the marketing, final grading, and export logistics.We send samples, negotiate with buyers and only finalize contracts after the farmer accepts the price. The coffee is always marketed under the farmer’s name. We represent clients in all legal matters, including quality control and exportation, from A to Z.

~ At And Coffee, we oversee four processing mills that were established through a combination of partnerships and ownership and are situated in Guji, Sidama, Yirgacheffe, and West Arsi. We find the nations praised for growing exceptional coffee beans because great coffee begins at the source. We have longstanding relationships with the farmers in the nearby villages who supply our mills with cherries, which we use to make exceptional coffees using washed, honey, natural, and experimental processing. To guarantee the highest quality in the cup, we carefully follow our specialty coffee protocols at every stage. ~
