Our coffees are grown in some of Ethiopia’s most celebrated regions- where altitude, soil and climate create unmistakable character.  Our beginning is in Sidama, Ethiopia . We have 5 stations owned by And coffee.

Our Processing Methods

Washed Hybrid
A meticulous process combining traditional washing with controlled fermentation for a clean yet complex cup.
Anaerobic
Fermented in oxygen-free tanks to develop unique, lactic profiles and unconventional spice notes.
Natural
Sun-dried with the fruit intact to produce a heavy body and intense, syrupy fruit sweetness
Experimental Fermentation.
Super Natural
An enhanced dry-process using extended fermentation to push the boundaries of fruit intensity and funk.
Honey
Partial removal of fruit flesh leaves a "honey-like" mucilage that creates a balanced, creamy sweetness.
Washed
Beans are thoroughly cleaned of fruit before drying, resulting in bright acidity and a crisp, clean finish.
